How can I place and order?
You can click on "GET A QUOTE" and fill out the form, you can also send us a message via our Facebook page and Instagram, or you can call us or text us at 773 968 3168, we'll get back to you at our earliest convenience, expect from us a text message or a phone call.
Where can I see your prices?
Every project is different, that's why there isn't a price list, we work with you to fit your budget based on your request and ideas. If you have a budget in mind please let us know so we can focus on that and that way you don't have to worry about going over your budget.
How will my balloon arrangement will look like?
After we speak and gather all the information about your request, we'll create a computer design using the colors and theme you requested, we'll share with you that computer design so you know how exactly it will look, we'll be able to make any adjustments per your request.
What type of payments do you take?
We can accept payments via Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, ApplePay and cash. We don't take checks as a form of payment, we'll indicate you how to send your payment.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, during our conversation we'll let you know the amount or percentage required based on your request. The remaining balance should be paid in full the day of the event using any of the methods of payment.
What happens after I place my order?
After you placed an order, we'll take care of your arrangement, we'll get in touch with you the day before your event just to make sure everything is in order for both ends. We'll set a time for the set up during our conversations so you'll know at what time you should expect us to arrive to the event location.
How long does my arrangement stays up?
All balloon arrangements are different, if the decoration will be set outdoors balloons won't last too long, specially if they will be exposed to the sunlight or if it is a very hot day, please be aware that we DO NOT warrantee that balloons won't burst, balloons are delicate and we cannot prevent this to happen, please be aware that we are not responsible if balloons burst while they are exposed to wind, sun and heat. We will prepare the balloons for outdoors or indoors, we'll work with you when we go to setup your balloon decoration to give you the best options so your arrangement stays up nice and pretty for the longest time.
If the event is held indoors, the balloon decorations will last longer without any effort, in fact they can last weeks!
What happens after the event?
Depending on the type of balloon decoration, we will return to pick up our rentals at the end of the party if this was held in a venue or hall, or if the event was held at home we can come back the day after the party or possibly a few days after so you can enjoy your decorations to the fullest.
If your decoration includes rentals such as arch frames, columns, backdrops, our chairs or sweets cart, we will pick them up, if your decoration does not include any rentals we will not pick up the decorations.
How about cleanup?
If we come back and pick up any of our rentals it will be your choice to keep the balloons and dispose them properly or let us dispose them properly, depending on our schedule we can pop them and cleanup or we take the decorations as they are and we will take care of disposing them latter. If your decoration does not include any rentals we will not come back and cleanup, you are responsible of properly disposing the balloons or any other decorations.
My event was cancelled or postponed, what happens to my deposit?
If for some reason your event was cancelled or you had to change the date for your event, we can work with you as well, this is subject to our availability, but don't worry, you can use your deposit for a future event, it won't expire.
Are there any safety procedures I should follow when there's a balloon arrangement in my party?
Yes. Here's a list of things to watch for:
If a balloon bursts, immediately pick up the reminds and dispose them properly.
Watch for anyone to not to play around the set up to prevent any accidents or damage to our rentals.
Do NOT let go helium balloons.
Do not expose balloons to fire or heat sources.
Always supervise kids when they get close to the set up.
